RETURN POLICY

 
Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:


1. If you have not opened the box, you can return the product to us for refund, credit or replacement within 7 days of receipt. DVD's that have been opened and the factory seal broken are not returnable.

2. You must return the product to us undamaged AND in perfect condition. The product must be returned with all the inserts and enclosures that shipped with the product. If it is in a "keeper" case, you must return it inside its case. Damaged and/or incomplete products are subject to restocking fees of from 10% to 50%. In cases of major damage or abuse, the product may be refused.

3. Please note: Return shipping charges are NOT refundable. Return postage is paid by the buyer.

To avoid costly returns, check the System Requirements on CD's intended for computer use for each title. Be sure you have at least all of the system requirements before ordering.

In cases of return, you must obtain an RMA number prior to returning the product. Email info@dvdsdirect.us with Your Name, Your Order Number, the title of the product, and the specific problem you have encountered. Products returned without an RMA number will not be accepted and a credit will not be issued.
